Founded in 1979, Souktana Cooperative is the oldest and largest saffron cooperative in Taliouine, Morocco. Our cooperative unites over 150 dedicated farmers, cultivating saffron on more than 275 hectares of fertile land. Inspired by the traditions of our ancestors, we produce the world’s finest saffron while supporting sustainable agriculture and empowering local communities.
